Fergus has spent his career working in all aspects of the property market from scoping sites for development to building them out as well as holiday rentals, property management and also brokering purchases and sales. His enthusiasm and energy are boundless, and his reputation for professionalism and customer service is second to none. He doesn’t really do downtime, but if he did you might find him striding the length of the Ridgeway, or glued to the cricket.
Olly is a property professional, and a die-hard Cotswolds enthusiast. He brings many years of commercial and negotiating experience and as a Cotswolds resident since the early 2000s he knows the area as well as anyone. When not in the office, Olly can be found unsuccessfully managing his teenage daughters, or hiding from them on the golf course.
Rosie is new to the property and lettings world, but a fast learner and a friendly face. She has experience in project management, making herself incredibly organized and busy implementing this efficiency throughout our lettings process. When not in the office, Rosie can be found either of two places: the netball court or in her kitchen baking up delicious treats.
