Our Referral Scheme
We have found that many of our property owners are happy to recommend us which is why we run a property owner referral scheme. If you introduce us to a property owner that is not already known to us, we’ll thank you with an incentive payment when their first tenant moves in. Here’s a breakdown of the incentive:
1 bed property = £200 payment
2 bed property = £250 payment
3 bed property = £300 payment
4 bed property = £350 payment
5+ bed property = £400 payment
These payments apply per property, so if you introduce us to an owner with multiple properties, you’ll receive multiple payments.
