Back in May 2024, The Daily Mail wrote about “Britain’s 30 Most Desirable Villages” exploring the rural hotspots that continue to attract high levels of interest from buyers. The article featured both Fergus Mitchell and Olly Symonds, their insights reflecting our deep local knowledge from what drives demand in the Cotswolds to the lifestyle people are seeking.
In March 2025, The Daily Mail ran a follow-on feature on “Britain’s poshest villages,” exploring the UK’s most desirable rural areas – and it was no surprise to see the Cotswolds included.
Burford, where our office is based, was picked out as one of the standout spots, and we were quoted as a local expert in the area.
