Arlington Farmhouse is a hidden gem, which you'll find down Arlington Farm Lane cushioned by stunning views of the Cotswold countryside and rows of chocolate box cottages in Bibury! Bibury is a village that sits on the River Coln and in the valley of the surrounding landscape, that reflects something out of a fairy tale. It has been put on the map by Arlington Row, now owned by the National Trust, which are classical cottages built in 1380 as a monastic wool store and since converted into weavers' cottages. 

Arlington Farmhouse sleeps up to ten guests and is set amongst the most idyllic of scenery, with an enchanting garden and ample private parking. The enclosed garden boasts beautiful landscaping, with a lush green lawn mature with varied planting and flowers. There is a patio area that extends from the rear of the house, providing the perfect spot to relax with a good book, enjoying a BBQ or sipping on a glass of wine. 

As you enter the property, you will be welcomed into a spacious and bright ground floor to which you'll find a kitchen, breakfast room, utility room, two dining rooms and two sitting rooms as well as a drawing room. All spaces are magnificent embellished with unique pieces of artwork, furnishings and style, where the family can gather around and enjoy each others' company. The property is rich in character with the desired traditional wooden beams throughout the house. Arlington Farmhouse has been carefully curated to create a space of serenity and enjoyment, as well as practicality with the all the rooms, kitchen in particular, filled with modern appliances.

There are two master bedrooms at either end of the house, both of which are luxurious in design with walk-in dressing rooms and ensuite. There are lots of opportunity for storage in the bedrooms, alongside comfort and elegance. The bathrooms consist of large walk-in showers, deep baths for soaking up in the bubbles and basins. 

On the second floor, you will find a further two more bedrooms, both of which possess the same high quality and design as the others. As Arlington Farmhouse sleeps up to ten guests, the home is a palace of wonder where you can host your family and friends and enjoy the luxuries that the home has to offer as well as Bibury and its neighbouring villages. 

There are two more magical additions to Arlington Farmhouse, which are the Barbeque Hut & the Bar! The Barbeque Hut is an incredibly unique feature that possessed a cabin style with the wow factor as well as The Bar which is a creative space for guests to enjoy the privilege of their own cocktail station, projector and arcade games. 

Arlington Farmhouse is available on a furnished, long let basis so you and your family can immerse yourself in this incredible home without needing to bring anything but yourselves and your suitcase.
