Brook House – Sherborne

Brook House is located off a quiet road with wonderful views over the village and fields. Entered through a large gate, the property features enclosed gardens of lawn and planting with plenty of space for exploring. Inside the main house are 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
There is superb space downstairs for hosting - the large kitchen itself holds a table seating up to 12 for formal dining - while there is a lovely drawing room (with open fire and grand piano) and a smaller more informal snug for movie nights. There is also a separate games room with pool table, TV and sofas downstairs to keep all the family entertained!

The whole house has been beautifully styled and decorated throughout with some really thoughtful touches by the owners (including underfloor heating throughout the ground floor) who live here with their family for a good portion of the year. Hence it is offered as an occasional short let on a discreet basis - and comes with every possible facility to make your stay as memorable as possible.


 The area is beautiful with walks from the door across fields and valleys. The location is ideal for exploring the Cotswolds, offering Burford, Cheltenham and even Oxford within easy driving distance, many picturesque villages and undiscovered corners plus (of course) the more high profile haunts of Daylesford Farm Shop and Soho Farmhouse at Great Tew.
