Half Crown Cottage is approached by a beautiful Cotswold stone wall and picket front gate onto a short characterful stone path, alongside beds of lavender. The front garden is a real sun trap, with table and chairs for outdoor dining cornered in a little of nook of foliage. To the rear of the property, you'll find overlooking views of vast fields of green from the garden, as well as two outbuildings which are both used for storage. The gardens are both enclosed by old stone and are extensively laid to lawn, with verbacious hedging, mature shrubs and a raised garden to the rear overlooking fields and woods.

When you enter the cottage, you're greeted with a warm welcome and real sense of cosiness. You can immediately tell that the home has been designed to ensure a stay with the upmost comfort and ease. Following on from the hallway, you'll find the living room which is a gorgeous space! It is made up of comfortable sofas, a smart TV, wood burner and bar area which has been brought together by the decorative pieces and art which makes the place feel like home.

Adjacent to the living room and situated at the back of the property, there is a stunning open plan kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is comprised of mature blue cabinets, oak surface tops, a butlers sink and a light blue AGA. You'll find everything you need in the kitchen to cook up the perfect storm, alongside enjoying it at the large dining room table which sits below a conservatory roof with wooden beams, so you can soak in the garden and countryside views.

The spiraling staircase peels off to the right to reveal a single bedroom, which is ideal for guests staying over and a smart maximization of the space. If you continue to the top of the stairs, you'll find the family bathroom and two double bedrooms. All bedrooms have been designed using the same colour palette and are equally as comfortable. The first double bedroom you'll approach is cleverly split across two levels; the lower level for the bed and the second up a small ladder to a balcony of storage. The second bedroom has wooden floors, a large bed, wardrobe, views overlooking the garden & the luxury of a free standing bath. The family bathroom just down the landing has tiled flooring and walls, with a walk-in shower which has two shower heads; traditional and rainfall. It has a very modern and clean feel.
