Located in Minster Lovell, the pretty village of Cotswold stone and thatched roofs is romantically positioned on the River Windrush. It's best known for the ruins left behind from the 15th century grand hall, that was owned by generations of the Lovell family and now recognised as an impressive ancient monument. Minster Lovell is surrounded by a maze of countryside walks, valley views, meandering streams and wildflower meadows-perfect to enjoy the seasons of the Cotswolds, and wonderful walks for yourself and if you have a dog. It is also just a 10-minute drive from the town of Burford, infamously described as 'The Gateway to The Cotswolds', where you'll find buckets of culture, excitement, knowledge and tradition of the Cotswolds.
Upstairs has a wonderfully spacious master bedroom with ensuite shower and separate bath, while downstairs has a kitchen with all white goods installed as well as a great utility space with additional storage too. The second bedroom here features twin beds, and both the living room and kitchen/diner open out onto a private gravelled garden which has different areas for shady eating as well as sun-lounging! All in all, this is a lovely property in a beautifully discreet location.
