The third bedroom can be made into a second twin or super king bedroom, which is incredibly useful and offers you that flexibility especially if you're a hosting family/friends to visit frequently. You'll find a further two double bedrooms and two single bedrooms that make up this 7-bedroom home.

If you fancy a night off from cooking in the kitchen, then you can pop down to the village pub called The Seven Stars, which serves delicious food, a wonderful atmosphere enjoyed by the locals and just a short walk from Baldon House. You'll always be greeted with a plentiful range of countryside walks right from your doorstep, through the stunning grounds, around the lake and neighbouring fields. You are also in close proximity to the nearby University Arboretum, one of the oldest in the country which is a favourite with locals, particularly breath taking in Summer and Autumn.

Outside there is outdoor dining, so you can eat al fresco on the South Lawn in the summer sun admiring the lovely views, as well as enjoying the flowers in the Walled Garden.
Why not have a go at croquet, walk down though the grounds to the nearby arboretum, or unwind by hitting golf balls on the lawn.
Admire the snowdrops in winter or the bluebells in the spring, the grounds change with the seasons so it is always beautiful no matter what time of year you visit!
