Newleaze Farm is an impressive family farmhouse with a large garden in a private rural setting. It is located near the unspoilt rural hamlet of Great Somerford, just outside the market town of Malmesbury. There are 2 pubs within walking distance and the village shop is also close by. The farmhouse is dog friendly and there are plenty of walks from the doorstep to explore. This is a private home available for rental on an occasional shortlet basis; please make an enquiry to find out about availability.

LIVING
You enter into the galleried double height entrance hall which definitely has the wow factor.
Through to the large kitchen/breakfast room with range and all the cooking facilities you would ever need plus huge larder with fridge, freezer, additional oven and warming drawer - a cook's dream! Moreover, the property boasts the all important Pod Coffee Machine - with a free box included! The breakfast table seats 8 and french doors lead out to the terrace.
There is a separate formal dining room with open fireplace and table which can seat 12-14 guests.
The beautiful drawing room with open fireplace and sofas looks out over the garden, and the cinema room can be converted into a fifth double bedroom if required with en-suite shower room.
Furthermore there is a huge utility/boot room with cloakroom, perfect for dogs and mucky boots. There is also a washing machine and drying machine to solve the problems that accompany a wet and muddy walk.
The farmhouse comes withe latest mod cons including integrated Bang & Olfuson music system, TV's with Sky plus DVD players & WiFi throughout. There are also plenty of games and DVDs which guests are free to enjoy

Private parking is available in the enclosed courtyard at the rear.
There are some fantastic walks from the doorstep in the surrounding countryside, plenty to explore!
