Flat 5 is a beautifully presented, fully furnished apartment offering both comfort and contemporary style, set in a peaceful location with attractive open views. Designed with practicality in mind, the property benefits from an efficient layout, excellent natural light and a smart modern finish throughout.

The main living space features an inviting open-plan design, incorporating the kitchen, dining and sitting area. The kitchen is fitted with sleek modern units, integrated appliances and generous worktop and storage space. The living room overlooks the private patio, with French doors that open directly outside and frame charming views of the gardens and surrounding countryside.

Both bedrooms are well-proportioned and neutrally decorated, providing calm, versatile spaces ideal for rest or home working. The apartment also includes two stylish bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and the other with a full-sized bath.

Outside, the private patio offers a valuable outdoor retreat for relaxing, dining or enjoying the fresh air, all while taking in the open views across the garden and fields.

Located within the sought-after Windrush Heights development, Flat 5 enjoys panoramic countryside views and wonderfully peaceful surroundings. Just moments from Windrush, an idyllic, leafy village known for its timeless Cotswold charm, the property offers easy access to scenic walking routes, historic churches, and quiet country lanes perfect for cycling or weekend rambles.

Less than a 10-minute drive away lies Burford, the famed ‘gateway to the Cotswolds’. Here you’ll find a historic high street lined with honey-coloured stone buildings, boutique shops, independent galleries, cosy tearooms, and celebrated pubs. Popular attractions include the Tolsey Museum, the picturesque River Windrush, and nearby Cotswold Wildlife Park. The area also offers an excellent choice of dining options, from traditional inns to refined restaurants, as well as charming spots for afternoon tea. Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy abundant walking trails, fishing, and easy access to the wider network of Cotswold villages such as Bibury, Northleach, and Bourton-on-the-Water.

Transport links are also a strong advantage. Burford provides straightforward road connections to Oxford, Cheltenham, and Cirencester via the A40, making commuting or weekend travel simple. Nearby Charlbury and Kingham stations offer direct rail services to Oxford and London Paddington, ideal for those needing convenient access to the city while enjoying a rural base.
