Rosie Etheredge-Office Manager
Meet Rosie- our Office Manager! Rosie started her new journey at the Cotswold Letting Agency in January, just in time to hold us accountable for our new year’s resolutions. And 2 months in, she’s still here so must be enjoying it. Although Rosie is new to the property and lettings world, she is a fast learner so will be picking up the lingo and knowledge in no time at all. She has experience in project management, making herself incredibly organized and efficient and is already busy implementing this throughout our lettings process. Rosie is a friendly face to our clients, but certainly keeps Fergus & Olly on their toes when it comes to business.
A special dynamic in the office has developed, between great minds & great humor comes this magic trio! This team carries expertise from all areas, complimenting each other’s skills and helping out with areas of improvement. Olly Symonds-Associate Director
Olly Symonds, our associate director will be teaching Rosie all he knows about the market and the Cotswolds. He is already a die-hard Cotswold enthusiast, with many years of commercial and negotiating experience. Having been a Cotswold resident since the early 2000s, he knows the area as well as anyone and can be sure to make great recommendations based of your needs. With Olly, you’re always guaranteed to experience not only professionalism, but honesty, transparency and loyalty! Full of charm, character and care, this man is sure to try his best to find you the perfect tenants or perfect property.
Fergus Mitchell-Director
Fergus Mitchell, our Director is the other mastermind behind the Cotswold Letting Agency! His passion and enthusiasm are endless and won’t stop until we succeed. Fergus has spent his career working in all aspects of the property market, from scoping sites for development to then building them out, holiday rentals, property management and brokering purchases. He is a man of many talents. Fergus’ energy and creativity are boundless, and his reputation for professionalism and customer service are second to none.
