If you introduce us to a property owner who joins our portfolio, we’ll thank you with an incentive payment when their first tenant moves in. We pay from £200 for a one bedroom property through to £400 for a property of five bedrooms or more. And what’s more, these payments apply per property, so if you introduce us to an owner with multiple properties, you’ll receive multiple payments.
