Managing Director
Olly Symonds is a true Cotswolds property devotee. With years of experience under his belt, he has built a reputation for integrity alongside his commercial nous. A long-time local since the early 2000s, Olly knows every nook and cranny of the Cotswolds like a seasoned guide. When he’s not matching people with their perfect rentals, you’ll most likely find him on the golf course or the tennis and padel courts, supping a craft ale, or failing to manage his teenage children.
Jemma Temple
Senior Lettings Manager
Jemma Temple holds a degree in Urban Design, Planning and Development, has worked in private planning, and gained valuable experience at a Cheltenham property agency. She is responsible for the lettings process, from take-on through to tenant placement.
Outside the office, Jemma keeps things lively, whether she’s darting around the netball court or finding her calm through yoga and Pilates.
Phoebe Jones
Senior Property Manager
Born and raised in the North Cotswolds, Phoebe has built her career close to home and now works as Property Manager at The Cotswold Letting Agency. She handles compliance and tenant relations and is known as the office admin whizz who keeps everything running smoothly. Phoebe was part of the team that led the agency’s recent B Corp certification, driven by her passion for conscious living and making better choices for both body and mind. Outside of work, she is qualifying as a yoga teacher and spending time with her very lazy dog, who only agrees to walk when the weather suits him.
Fergus Mitchell
Founder
Fergus has worked in all aspects of property since he relocated to the Cotswolds in 2002, including property search, holiday rentals, sales and lettings, management, and investor advice. The Cotswold Letting Agency was founded on providing a bespoke, flexible, service-led business and, having just been awarded B Corp status, Fergus’ focus is on developing his team and building links within the local community. When he is not working, you’ll find him watching cricket or running and hiking in the mountains.
Lee Buller
Digital Consultant
Lee Buller has over 20 years of experience in digital marketing and eCommerce, working across
a wide portfolio of businesses. Lee specialises in search trends, strategy, and paid advertising,
and has collaborated with Fergus in the property sector since 2017. Outside of work Lee is a
rugby and sailing enthusiast, and spends his weekends either on the water or cheering from the
sidelines.
Laura Ball
Marketing Consultant
After working in London ad agencies for over 15 years, Laura now delivers outstanding online
marketing results for founder led businesses. Working closely with our local partner network,
and the team in our Burford office, to maintain our brand presence across multiple digital
touchpoints with our customers. Laura loves nothing more than getting out into the countryside
on a walk with friends - when she is not supporting her twins at one of their many sporting,
musical and drama activities!
Caro Ford
Accounts Manager
Caro Ford is our Accounts Manager and book-keeper and has been working with Fergus since
2016, overseeing the financial operations of the business. She manages the day-to-day
payments to suppliers and property owners, as well as running and reconciling accounts on a daily basis. When Caro isn’t working, she enjoys tennis, running, and horse riding.
