Having had little experience of the lettings market in recent years, I hadn't realised how much it now relies on IT. Making an appointment to view involves a telephone call to be told that you need to fill in a form on Rightmove, followed by a ten minute chat with a bot on WhatsApp and, finally, an email to suggest an appointment. The Cotswold Letting Agency has a good 'old-fashioned' system of taking your call, taking your details and arranging a viewing. It takes minutes instead of hours/days. As well as being impressed with their initial customer service, the Cotswold Letting Agency were the first agents to show any interest in actually helping us to find a property. I’ve been shocked at how disinterested most of the agents have been. However, this agency listened carefully to our situation and, when the first property proved to be unsuitable, sent a list of other suggestions with explanations of how they would meet our requirements. The staff also ring back when they say they will - truly remarkable! Jemma and the team have been amazing. Jemma has arranged a number of short term lets, and everything has always run very smoothly.  Jemma is always very responsive and quick to answer any questions I might have. It is a pleasure doing business with her.
