Some of our owners have a second home that they have invested in – or may have been handed down through the family. These owners may not be overly focused on generating an income from their Cotswold property, or they may want to be able to use the property themselves throughout the year. In this instance we recommend offering the property as a private holiday let. In fact, some owners use their own home for this – enabling them to set off on an extended holiday safe in the knowledge their home is being lived in and looked after.
